Essay

The complex analysis is carried out in dissertation work such as: pulse rate, arterial blood pressure, heart rate variability, personal psychological features, parameters of structure fatty acid composition of lipid blood serum and sweat at the patients with ischemic heart disease and arterial hypertension depending on a type of reaction on psychoemotional stress. It is scientifically proved and introduced the new object of research - sweat for definition of structure fatty acid composition of lipids at the patients with ischemic heart disease arterial hypertension (patent for the investigation №2001107104). It is established a lot of negative changes of all investigated parameters at the patients with hyperreactive type of reaction on psychoemotional stress. The effective medicament scheme is developed for correction disorders of structure fatty acid composition of lipid at the patients with ischemic heart disease and arterial hypertension with usage of preparation "Thecom" оr "Thecom" + "Diltiazem".
