Раnko O. Substantiation and efficiency of a new antioxidant preparation "Erbysol" application in the treatment of heavy eye burns

Processes of peroxide lipid oxidation and antioxidant protecton in case of heavy eye burns.The effectiveness of the preparation "Erbysol" has been substantiated and studied in the treatment of patients with heavy eye burns.Methods:clinical - biomicroscopy,visometry,photo of the eye,fluorescence Test;; histological,biochemical,statistical. For the first time established,that the correction of the lipid oxidation's processes and rising of antioxidant system's activity are pathogenetic mechanisms of positive influence of the preparation"Erbysol".The "Erbysol"use in the complex treatment in case of eye burns is conducive to epithelization of the cornea,reducing of the inflammatory duration and intensity of corneal opacification;also rises visual acuity. This method is introduced into the Odessa Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy,Eye Departments of the Ivano - Frankovsk Regional Hospital,Lviv Hospital of First aid,Ushgorod Regional Hospital.
