Golovchenko N. Clinical and pathogenetic screening of uronephropathy in children and juveniles

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of improvement of diagnostics of chronic uronephropathy, to the establishment of interrelation of changes of tubulointerstitial tissue, the activity and the stage of the diseases with concentrational and filtrational renal functions in children with chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic pyelonephritis and chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis, to definition of the role of changes of tubulointerstitial tissue in the progressing of chronic glomerulonephritis and pathogenetic value for the tubulointerstitial damage adverse (clinical and morphological) types of disease. Complex study of the proinflammatory factors (tumour necrosis factor, interferon, interleukins-6, 8) and the antiinflammatory (interleukin-10) cytokines, prosclerotical transforming growth factor on the background of chronic renal diseases with different changes degree of tubulointerstitial tissues has been carried out; it has established in clinical conditions the participation of each of these mediators in the pathogenesis of tubulointerstitial changes: increase of injuring disbalance (proinflammatory and prosclerotical factors) and the protective (antiinflammatory) factors as progressing of tubulointerstitial affection.
