Essay

The dissertation is aim to study the interaction between lymphocytes and tumor cells in the dynamics of malignant process (in mice with melanoma B16 and patients with malignant melanoma).The antitumor action of lymphocytes of lymph nodes is associated with high level of expressing nuclear antigen of proliferation cells; antitumor action of PBL from the patients with melanoma - with high level of CD11b+ lymphocytes. Myelopeptyd-2 enchanced antitumor effect of PBL from patients and lymphocytes of mice.These data suggest that MP-2 may be use for the immunotherapy of patients with malignant melanoma.
