Essay

A new mathematical model of hybrid data network has been developed. It allows on base of offered streams division coefficients to find out a data delay in branches of ground network and satellite channel in dependence on incoming data traffic, and also refusals probability in establishment of connection for voice calls. A new method of determination of optimum streams distribution plan in whole hybrid data network (including ground and satellite subnet) has been proposed. The method is based on offered mathematical models and numerical optimisation of average data delay in feasible variable domain by mathematical approach of successive quadratic programming (FSQP). On the basis of aggregate approach it is worked up a imitation functioning algorithm of considered system. For program realisation of stated algorithm is used a programming language C++. The imitation modelling of NSAU private data network has been conducted. Numeral results have bored out the proper behaviour of offered mathematical models.
