Boyko O. Institution of presidency in Ukraine and the USA (comparative and juridical analysis

In this thesis it is carrying out comparative and juridical studies of formation and history of the institution of presidency in Ukraine and the USA. It is analyzing reasons of establishment of the president post in these states as well as factors influenced on the forming of specific characteristics of Ukrainian and American presidency. There is a comparison of procedures of president elections in Ukraine and the USA. Their assumptions of the office and their removals in this paper. In this thesis it has determined peculiarities of legal status of presidents of Ukraine and the USA and it has carried out studies of president power in Ukraine and the USA regarding their relationship with their parliaments.
