Regushevskyy E. Constitutional-legal guarantees of political rights and liberties of an individual and citizen in Ukraine.

The thesis contains a complex analysis of theoretical and practical issues connected with guaranteeing of political rights and liberties of an individual and citizen in Ukraine. On the basis of analysis of special legal literature in the thesis basic theoretical provisions in the sphere of constitutional and legal guarantees of political rights and liberties of an individual and citizen are elaborated and substantiated. Attention is focused on the process of formation and development of constitutional-legal guarantees of political rights and liberties and their place in creation of jural state and civil society in Ukraine. The classification has been carried out of constitutional-legal guarantees of political rights and liberties, the system and stadiums of their realization has been defined. Peculiarities of legal status of subjects of guaranteeing have been explored, their activity connected with provision of political rights and liberties of an individual and citizen has been analyzed. Recommendations have been defined aimed at enhancement of efficiency in activity of individual subjects of guaranteeing and increase of total level of provision of political rights and liberties in Ukraine.
