Object - Japanese quails of an egg direction of efficiency at various maintenance with their sodium and potassium. The purpose - definition of optimum levels of sodium and potassium in diets for Japanese quails. Methods - zootechnical, biochemical and statistical. Novelty - influence of various levels of sodium and potassium in mixed fodders on productive qualities and a metabolism at adults quails an egg direction of efficiency for the first time is investigated. Parameters of egg efficiency and quality of eggs, digestibility nutrients of a forage, balance of nitrogen, sodium, potassium, calcium and phosphorus, morphological and biochemical structure of blood, the contents of mineral elements in a liver and muscles are investigated. It is established, that the optimum contents potassium in a diet quails makes 0,81 %, and sodium - 0,15 %, at their parity 5,4 : 1. Results of researches - are used in practice scientific process and research work. Branch - animal industries.
