The dissertation is devoted to the questions of statistical processing of results of measuring experiment under little number of observations distributed according to the laws unlike the normal one. Еfficient and unbiased estimates of measurement result and its deviation are offered, the means of confidential coefficients for estimating of borders of probably error are defined, the coefficients of statistical criterion of exception of gross errors and misses are calculated, the method of definition of distribution law is offered.
