Dissertation is devoted to studying of development rate of contralateral breast canser, clinico-genealogical and pathogenetic risk factors of bilateral and unilateral breast cancer development, lipid metabolism indexes, state of antioxidative system (family history of malignant tumors diseas and reproductive history, previous and concomitant diseases, excessive body mass; content of common lipids, common cholesterin, phospholipids, POL and ceruloplasmin activity in blood serum), working out of early diagnosis and prophilaxis of cancer in contralateral breast.
