Ryshkovska N. Family study of suicidal patients with schizophrenia.

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of genealogical (family) factors for suicide risk in patients with paranoid schizophrenia and elaboration of the new diagnostic technique - detection of a typical constellation of the parental couple, which is a factor of suicidal risk for this group of patients. The methodology of genealogical (family) diagnostics of suicide risk in patients with paranoid schizophrenia is designed; its diagnostic and differential diagnostic significance is confirmed. The peculiarities of a typical constellation of the parental couple of patients with paranoid schizophrenia and high risk of suicide are described. The areas of application of the diagnostic approach in practice are presented: early detection of this group of suicidal risk in patients, along with the necessary pharmacotherapy administration, substantiation and elaboration of new psychotherapeutic and rehabilitation techniques.
