Essay

The discertation is devoted to the investigation of teeth hard tissue and parodont in children with chronic thyroiditis survived after the Chernobyl accident and elaboration of methods of treetment and prophylactic of caries and gingivitis. The caries degree had a correlation with the calcium level in mouth liquid. There were correlations between the teeth caries intensivity, the degree of gingivitis and level of serum IgA in mouth liquid. The pathogenetic complex of treatment-and-prophilactic measures aimed on the preventation of caries and gingivitis in children with chronic thyroiditis was elaborated. The hihg effectiveness of method was confirmed after the clinical, immunological, microbiological investigations in close and remote period after the treatment.
