Essay

The dissertation deals with a study of qualitative and quantitative parameters of the cavity of the large intestine (CLI), the parameters of systemic immunity and evaluation of the efficacy of using bifiform and biosporin in a course of multimodality therapy of patients with hepatitis A (VHA). It has become possible to establish dysbacteriosis and dysbiosis of the large intestine (DDLI) of degree I-IV, as well as changes of the indices of systemic immunity whose marked character is responsible for the severity of the VHA course. The inclusion of bifiform and biosporin in multimodality therapy of patients with VHA exerts a positive effect on the dynamics of the clinico-biochemical, microbiological and immunological parameters. A differentiated approach to the prescription of these probiotics in case of VHA has been substantiated.
