The dissertation is devoted to study of a structurally functional status bones tissue at involutions osteoporosis and establishment of roentgenological attributes of age changes and sexual dimorphism clavicles. In work the results of research 157 right clavicles ( 81 men and 76 women) are stated. By the author of roentgenographic feature structure clavicles in sexual and age aspect are fixed. The norms parameters of mineral density bones tissue by methods x-ray densitometry are established. We have proposed the formulas and schems of clavicles indexes on a basis roentgenogrammetry of research clavicles and a method of definition of age the adult man. The method of diagnostics a sex on clavicles was definition for 11-th roentgenoosteometrix and osteometrix the parameters for forensic medical identification of the lost person. The research of roentgenodiagnostic clavicle was elaborate for revealing criteria involutions osteoporosis.
