Essay

In the beginning of epidemic flare the forms with long incubation of disease, in heat - with short essentially prevail. During recession prevail the forms of diseases with long incubation. Early diagnostics of primary malaria vivax is complicated by frequently meeting prodromal period at rare enough development of a typical feverish curve. Such symptoms as a nausea, vomiting are characteristic for the period of heat, the headache, myalgia, absence tachycardia, and at heavy currenting malaria vivax and symptoms of a defeat of nervous system - meningeal syndrom, mental frustration. At malaria vivax with middle and heavy current the development of complications is marked on the part of heart, kidneys, however they have not heavy current. For primary malaria vivax characteristic are anemia, normal number leicocitis. By the basic preparation for treatment malaria vivax in the Azerbaijan Republic remains chloroquine.
