Object: activity of the commercial banks of the Ukraine on leasing market; objective: an all-round study of the problems, in accordance with development of the leasing in Ukraine and activations to activity of the commercial banks, directed on leasing subject market, study of the foreign experience of the shaping the as well as development practical leasing relations, recommendation with expansions dug the leasing in activity of the bank institutions; methods: a strategic analysis, benchmark analysis,method of the dialectical cognition, methods of the statistical analysis; findings: is presented new theoretical motivation of the possible forms of the participation of the commercial banks in leasing business, is elaborated determination to understand the leasing themes and is proved advantage and efficiency of the use the leasing in activity of the commercial banks; innovation: recommendations is determined for activations to work of the bank institutions in leasing business by way of the use the mechanism of the revocable leasing, undertaking leasing operation in structure of holding and use the Code leasing politicians commercial bank on proposed to structure; implemented into the work of commercial banks of the Ukraine;sphere: bank system.
