Object:- Ukraine's fiscal policy at the regional level. objective - ascertaining of theoretical bases and definition of the Ukraine's fiscal policy pragmatic bases at the regional level and grounds of the directions of enlargement of regional fiscal instrumentation; methods - method of scientific abstraction of, systematic approach, analysis, synthesis, analogy, grouping, statistic and economy-mathematic calculations, graphicaltable historical and method of economic designing; findings - complex investigation of genesis, theoretical-of connectional bases is carried out at the regional level. The process formation and distribution of the financial resources of the local self government is analysed. Are given grounds for the directions of the regional fiscal instrumentation improvement; innovation- for the first time is modelised trend dependence for the forecast of the tax revenues into the local budget; introduced - into the work of Ternopil regional state administration, STA in Ternopil region, regional state finance administration in Chernivtsy region; sphere - financial activity.
