The dissertation is devoted to the criminal liability for legalization (laundering) of criminally acquired proceeds. The author studies objective and subjective characteristics of the money laundering corpus delicti, its qualification features as well as delimitation of other related corpus delicti. The author formulates recommendations to improve Art. 209 and suggests its new wording.
