Essay

The object of investigation is process of exploitation odorizer. The aim is scheme and investigation of gas-dynamic unit of gas emission utilization of the gas odorizer. The methods are system analysis, nonlinear mathematical programming, mathematical processing of full-scale and numerical experiment results. Theoretical and practical results – The scheme of the overflow gas utilization unit has been worked out. The procedure of calculation of odorant amount in the gas phase in capaciousness has been improved. The calculation procedure of gas turbulence mixer is proposed. The novelty is new scheme and investigate of the plant for outburst utilization be means of mixing. Mathematical model is designed, it enables to determine dependences of odorant concentration in the mixer gas from the overflow gas and gas flow parameters that is supplied to gas-using units. Object and extent of implementation – The utilization unit has been implemented on gas-distributing stations of the Department of Trank Gas Pipelines «Kharkivtransgas». Efficacy implementation – completely utilization of gas emission. Branch of use is gas industry.
