Balabukha O. Anxious disorders of oncological patients with non-psychotic psychic disturbances and their psychotherapy

Peculiarities of oncology patients' anxious syndrome have been studied. 96 percent of patients revealed high situational anxiety; which is the evidence of extraor-dinary force of psychoshocking situation of illness upon oncology patients. It has been found out that reducing anxiety's level is achieved by means of its somatisation, devel-opment of depression, autistic, social selfisolation, emotional alienation. Great similar-ity in personal peculiarities of oncology patients and nervous patients has been re-vealed. The effectiveness of psychotherapeutical correction of patients' anxious syn-drome has been proved. The best result has been received by using neurolinguistic programming. The efficiency of directive and "non-directive" hypnosis psychothera-peutics is approximately similar.
