The object - patients with different stages of tooth cement denudation; the aim – improvement of complex treatment in patients with denuded tooth roots. methods - clinical methods, electronmicroscopy of the roots in extracted teeth and of replicas; microhardness by Vikers’ method; new aspects - for the first time frequency and reason of roots denudation have been appreciated objectively, the classification of tooth roots denudations, hygiene index of denuded roots, planimetric odontogram and the method of the tooth crown restoration have been introduced; results - clinical measures necessary before prosthetic treatment have been grounded and comparative estimation of methods of denuded tooth roots preparation in prosthetics have been carried out; introductions - the scheme of peculiarities in the preparation of teeth with denuded roots for prosthetic treatment has been introduced in the practice of complex treatment in dentistry; the branch – dentistry.
