The thesis is devoted to solution the questions of clinic, diagnostics and orthodontic treatment of the vestibular displaced canine. The complex learning of a morphological and functional state of the chewing device, and also a T.V.-X-ray research of features of development of a brain and front skeleton at faces with the vestibular displaced canine is conduct. Is clarified, that the reason of the vestibular canine state in 96 % cases is a disadvantage of a place for them in a tooth arc, owing to early loss of the temporary teeth and mismatch of the value of teeth to the maxilla value, which has hereditary character, at what the deficiency of a place in a tooth arc for the canine with age increases also self regulation of the vestibular canine state with age is not observed. The main diagnostic criterions at an estimation of an anomaly degree and choice of the treatment method are defined, the classification of the clinical forms of the vestibular canine state is given. The given tactics of the treatment of the vestibular displaced canine with use of the developed devices and ways of the canine moving in the tooth arc, which provides rational modification of parodont fabrics during hardware treatment, prevents development proof of the maxillary deformations and reduces in 1,5-2 times the rehabilitation periods of the patients.
