Gurynenko O. Foreign investments in the development of the capitals (on the example of the city of Kyiv)

The process of creating of the capital-city economy investment attractiveness. Identifying the specific features of investment attractiveness of capitals and developing methodological ideas and theoretical basis for practical recommendations on strategy and mechanism of attracting foreign investments into the economy of Kyiv. Methods: scientific abstracts, dialectical method of investigation, statistical method of expert evaluation, structural and functional. The thesis researches the actual and practical questions of attracting investments for capitals. The stimulating effect of foreign capital on market transformation of the economy in Ukraine have been defined. It gives the possibility to substantiate the basic contradictions of internal investment interaction and the ways of solving them. The essence and peculiarities of creating the mechanism for attracting foreign investments on the national and regional levels caused by economic and institutional transformations have been revealed. Recommendations on improving of governmental participation in securing investment attractiveness of the capital on the basis of using programme-target approach and mechanisms, and financial instruments for stimulating attraction of foreign investments have been introduced.
