The process of creating conditions for the established national economies competitiveness in the global environment through the sphere of international investment interaction. Researching essential peculiarities of national economy competitiveness, substantiating its development trends under the conditions of internationalization and investment globalization. The character of investment globalizm has been identified, its tendencies controversies and impact on the competitiveness of the countries with different level of economic development, international micro- and macrointergration have been analyzed. The problems and perspectives of global investment harmonization have been identified and estimated. Measures have been proposed for mobilization of internaland external investment resources of Ukraine's economy competitiveness development on the contemporary innovative and technological basis, including those based on the extension and intensification of investment cooperation with the European Union.
