Essay

The thesis is devoted to research of biological properties of phosphate-mobilized bacteria and their influence on formation of legume-rhizobium symbiosis of soybean plants. The perspective strains of phosphate-mobilized bacteria which are proposed for de-velopment of bacterial preparations of complex action are isolated and selected. The possibility of isolated bacteria to mineralizate of organic phosphor compounds and solve inorganic hard-solving phosphor compounds is studied. The dependence of phosphatase activity of B.subtilis 5 on temperature, environment pH, culture growth stage, concentration of metal cations and inorganic phosphate is investigated. It is shown that nature clay minerals of montmorillonite and palygorskite which are components of many soil types stimulate phosphatese activity of B.subtilis 5. The bacterization of seeds soybean by Bradyrhizobium japonicum strains, phosphate-mobilized bacteria of Bacillus species and bacteria of Azotobacter species is found to lead increase number of normal formed sprouts, and stimulation of formation of legume-rhizobium symbiosis of soybean plants in vegetative experiments. On the base of ontained results new microbe compositions are selected for perspective use in growing of soybean.
