Petrichenko L. Guaranteeing of commercial banks' financial stability in Ukraine

The dissertation work is devoted to studying the essence and significance of financial stability for banks. The author has determined the principles of operation and criteria of a financially stable bank and suggested her own systematization of the financial stability factors and indicators. The methods of the estimation of banks' financial condition, their scope and perspectives of application are analyzed. The author has suggested an original systematic situational model of the estimation of banks' financial performance, which allows to assess the financial condition in dynamics, impact of internal and external factors, as well as to determine the limiting standards of banks' activities. Particular attention is paid to state regulation, improvement of bank management and establishment of the new principles and methods of operation for the regional, national, and international banking network in the context of methods of guaranteeing financial stability of banks.
