German S. Substantiation of the placental preparation use in complex severe periodontitis treatment.

The thesis is devoted to the immune disorder peculiarities study of patients with severe periodontitis, to analysis of placental preparation immunomodulatory features of "Аmniocen" and "Вioglobin" and to development of immunomodulatory method in this disease complex treatment. It is fixed different disturbances from immune system of patients with severe periodontitis. In experiments on animals it is first proved that antiphlogistic preparations as amniocen and bioglobin are harmless and stimulate both a cellular component of immune system and antibody response. For the first time during patients' medical treatment it is applied the placental preparations of "Аmniocen" and "Вioglobin" as immunomodulators, also it is fixed an evident therapeutic effect and developed a method of complex pathogenetic periodontitis treatment with "Аmniocen" and "Вioglobin". This new method of pathogenetic periodontitis treatment with placental preparations of "Аmniocen" and "Вioglobin", developed and introduced into stomatological medical practice, permits to reduce a treatment period and achieve a persistent remission.
