Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to actual problem of oncology - optimization of value prognostic factors of primary-localisated skin melanoma (PLSM), that essentially effect on disease course and treatment tactics. On the basis of integrated (clinico-morphologic) analysis of 372 patients prognostic scale by 8 basic factors (criteria) PLSM (sex, age, tumor site, rate of tumor invasion, thickness of tumor, injury of vessel of derma and hair follicles) is created. It gives an opportunity to reveal risk of progress of melanoma disease and individualize therapeutic process.
