It was devoted the role of hereditary factor, peculiarities of tumor proliferation (PCNA, mitotic regime) and neoangiogenesis (level of VEGF) as factor heterogeneity of biological peculiarities of tumor growth and prognosis in ovarian cancer patients. It was calculated the contribution of hereditary factor for development of tumors in Kyiv's population female. It was defined hereditary ovarian cancer and as cancer family syndrom and the factors of unfavourable prognosis ovarian cancer.
