The dissertation is devoted to investigation of progressing lymphoma and bone marrow derived dendritic cells (DC) interaction. It was shown, that with EL-4 lymphoma growth the number of mature spleen DC reduced, the number of DC in organs and tissues of organism was decreased, the differentiation of DC from bone marrow precursors in vitro was broken, and it correlated with functional activity disorders of DC. These effects are depends on cases of lymphoma growth, which caused with the way of EL-4 cell implantation. The transplantation of lymphoma lysate pulsed syngeneic DC leds to partially repair of recipients' DC maturation. The most marked repairing effect was in intravenous transplantation of syngeneic DC.
