Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the establishment of structural and functional changes in plasma membrane of tumor cells during doxorubicine resistance development. That is resulted in cytostatic passive diffusion decrease and its accumulation inside tumor cells. It has been demonstrated that usage of the substances, which affect tumor cell membrane properties, causes membrane permeability increase that enhances tumor doxorubicine sensitivity.
