Object - the social attitude(relation) what are formulated during the organization and activity of bank system of Ukraine; the purpose - on the basis of the analysis of the domestic and foreign legislation to make the comparative analysis of legal regulation of bank attitudes(relations) in the countries of the Central Europe to formulate theoretical results, offers on improvement of the national legislation; methods - the dialect-materialistic, historical, formal - legal, logic analysis, the system analysis; the novelty - for the first time is made complex, the generalized monographic research of actual problems of regulation of bank attitudes(relations) in the countries of the Central Europe; results - materials of the dissertation enables to receive the general(common) representation about bank system of the countries of the Central Europe.
