Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to the study of influence of surplus of connections of fluorine on the sick rate, clinical course, morphological picture, condition of lipid peroxidations and antioxidant protection, condition of immunity of a mucous membrane of the stomach of sick with the ulcer of a duodenum and to improvement of the out-patient therapy of these patients taking into account correction of antioxidant and immune statuses. Results of the research show the development atrophi of hyperplastic forms of chronic gastritis, increase cortisol, cellular immunodeficiengy, activation of processes of lipid peroxidations and disbalance in system of antioxidant protection. Results of research have allowed to give a substantiation of expediency of use in complex therapy of a vitamin complex "Tri-Vi plus" and Enterosgel for correction antioxidant and immune statuses in patients with ulcer of a duodenum in conditions of surplus of fluorides in an environment. Clinical efficiency of pplication of these preparations is proved.
