Object of research: the financial relations between subjects of the draft's circulation on the security market of Ukraine. The purpose of research: creation the theoretical, methodological and practical bases to improvement of bills circulation on the security market of Ukraine.Methods: comparative method, horizontal and vertical analyze, the method of classification, experimental method, trend, synthesis, sketchy, interrogation, observation and anther.Theoretical and practical results: the classifications of the bills are systematized in work, the shams of bills circulation are investigated, the status of bills operations are analyzed, the methodics of world and Ukrainian credit ratings are analyzed, the improvement of the bill market infrastructure are proposed, the methodics of the composition of the credit rating of the billholders (physical entities and juridical persons) are developed and proposed.Scientific novelty: the methodic of the composition of the credit rating of the billholders physical entities are developed, the improvement of the bill market infrastructure are proposed, the improvement the methodic of the composition of the credit rating of the billholders juridical persons are proposed, the conceptions of "bill" and "bills circulation" are increased, the mechanism of the bills meeting to calculation house are improved, the conditions of the enlisting physical entities to the bills circulation are proposed, the bills circulation are analyzed.Degree of introduction: the fundamental results are practically used and may be used in the work of the IC "Infico", the "Oblagrobud", the Cherkassy region State commission of securities and stock market, the Cherkassy branch of the European University.
