Essay

Heavy burns of eyes, electroeliminatsiya, albuminous metabolism. The study of pathogeny of heavy burns of eyes and increase of efficacy of their diagnostics and medical treatment. Ophthalmology, biochemical; slit lamp, electro-galvanic board, spectrocolorimetr "Specol". For the first time the role of the main components of protein metabolism in eye tissue and plasma of blood was established in pathogenesis of eye burns. It is proved 5 pathogenetic stages of the burn process in the eye: it is established that study of protein metabolism's components in eliminate from tissue of the eye allows to diagnose a degree of weight and stage of the burn. It is shown that the method of elimination of damaging substances and protein fragments of necrotic tissues can be applied to the urgent help and treatment of severe eye burns. The worked out method is introduced in Filatov Institute that allows to increase the efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of severe eye burns. Sphere of application - medicine, Ophthalmology.
