In the dissertation the data complex clinical-laboratory and tool in-spection 198 patients by a chronic uncalculous cholecystitis (CUC) are generalized. The nosotropic role of a set of symptoms immunotoxicosis and metabolic intoxication in relapse of disease is fixed, the interdependence between a degree them revealed. Pathogenetic the expediency of inclusion new domestic hepatoprotection with antioxidation and detoxication by properties glutargin in complex conservative therapy of the patients CUC is reasonable. The faster improvement of a general condition of the patients, restoration of immunological and biochemical parameters is marked which is shown in achievement of a proof and high-grade remission of disease in 90,2% of the patients during 1 year of a dispensary observation.
