The dissertation is investigating the problem of clinic-functional particularities of the influence of asthenoneurotic disturbances in reduction of coronary and functional reserves under terms of disbalance of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system along with endothelialis dysfunctions under the condition of coronary heart disease formation. The results of examining of 288 patients with neurocirculatory dystonia (NCD), stable angina pectoris I-II (SA), unstable angina pectoris (onset) and essential hypertension Ist were showed that the combination of organic cardiac pathology with asthenoneurotic disturbances is accompanied with smaller reduction of coronary reserve, greater tolerance to load, restriction of the manifestations of ischemia, larger contractility. Initial factors of heart rate variability demonstrate trend to activations of sympathetic contour. Distribution of endothelin-1 were evidence of increase in the level of patients with SA in comparison with NCD, by positive bicycle ergometry (BE), reduction of the load, increase of probability of ischemic reactions and restrictions of the ejection fractions by increase of sympathicotonia, 14-day use of betaxolol to determine reduction of the increase endothelin-1 on height of BE with 20,73% before 0,94%.
