Object - influence of level of raw fat in a ration on lipid and vitamin exchange in tissues of chickens, embryos and daily chickens. Purpose - to set the influence of structure of rations, quantity and quality of raw fat in them, that was provided only due to forage ingredients for laying-hens, on lipid, fat acid content, carotinoides content and fat-soluble vitamines A an E in tissues of hens, embryos and chickens, and also productive and reproductive indices. Research methods and apparatus - biochemical, zootechnical, statistical, spectrofotometr SF-16, Milichrom, Chrom-4. Novelty: system researches of influence of nourishment factors are first conducted, in particular structures of izocalories and izoprotein rations, quantity and quality of raw fat in them on indexes of lipid and vitamin exchanges in tissues of hens, embryos and chickens. It is shown that the levels of fat in the rations of chickens did not show substantial influence on the content of common lipids in oocites, yolk of eggs and tissues of hens embryos and daily hens, but the changes were caused in correlation of separate classes of lipids. In particular at feeding of barleylegume mixed fodder with more than low content of raw fat, in comparison with standard one, the amount of phospholipids at growth of triacylglycerol is diminished. It is set, that faradic content of tissues in a considerable measure depends on fat acid content of fodder lipids. The changes of lipid and fat acid content of oocites at different stages of growth was examined for the first time. It was found out, that the most substantial changes of correlation of separate classes of lipids took place on the initial stages of oogenese. It is shown, that the content of carotinodes and fat-soluble vitamines A and E in yolk of eggs depends on structure of ration and feeding to the pedigree-laying hens with barley-bean mixed fodder saves their physiological level, which provides normal growth and development of embryos and growing the chickens. Results - scientifically grounded expedience of the use in feeding of laying-hens with barley-bean mixed fodder with the content of 40 per cent of barley and 20 per cent of extruded forage bean the methods of rise the efficiency of use the nutritives from it are offered. The changes of lipid and ft acid content of oocites in the process of oogenese were examined for the first time. Introduction - got results will be used at preparation of recommendation from setting of norms of hens nourishment. Fields of using - physiology, biochemistry, poultry farming, feeding.
