Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the clarification of role of genetic factors in the development and clinical peculiarities of colorectal cancer as well as detection of possible pathways to optimize the treatment of patients from families overloaded by oncological diseases. The complex of features associated with clinical peculiarities of colorectal cancer of persons represented the families overloaded by malignant tumors have been detected. It was shown that survival of such patients are more worse than those from families non-overloading by malignant tumors. This fact is associated with high levels both of PCNA and p53 expressions in tumor tissue. The pathways to optimize the treatment of such patients have been recommended.
