object is 128 patients with gastroduodenopathy, induced by NSAIDs; the aim is to develop more effective methods of treatment gastroduodenopathy, induced by NSAIDs on the basis of learning the new clinicopathogenetic characteristics of its developing and tendency of the disease; the methods are clinical, endoscopyc, morphological, biochemical, immunological; the new approach is the substantiated expediency of using of altan and singlet-oxygen therapy in the treatment gastroduodenopathy, induced by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; the results are the developing of scheme of the complex treatment patients with using altani and singlet-oxygen therapy permits to shorten the therapy periods and to get the stable remission of the disease; all this thesis has been developed by training and medicine practice; the field is medicine
