Thesis is kept theoretical and experimental researches process shelling-grinding grain. Have been designed mathematical process models in work zone disk shelling-grinding machine (SGM). Have been received analytical dependencies between constructional parameters work zone, technological regime process and power drive. Have been ascertained mathematically dependencies between index quality wheaten grouts and specific energy-capacity. Was ascertained analytical dependence for definition trajectory motion grain and components its resultant velocity in machine. Was taken out methodic calculation productivity disks SGM. Was proposed algorithm and program calculations of optimal construction parameters work zone and its technological regimes. Have been proposed designed construction industrial model disk SGM.
