the object - reproductive old women,women with postcastration syndrome, menopausal women. Ovariectomyzed she-rats; the aims to increase of the efficiency for treating generalized parodontitis in women with postcastration syndrom; the methods - clinical,rentgenogical,biocemical, morphometrical,determined estrogen of saliva, statistical; the new is the problem of increase of the efficiency for treating generalized parodontitis in women with postcastration syndrom; the outcomes - the experimental gypoestrogen model and methods for correcting metabolic disorder in alveolar and sceletal bone have been worked out.The schemes for treatins generalized parodontitis in complex in women with postcastration syndrome have been worked out. The medical efficiency of usins mineral complexes with antiacidotic action within the next and distant follow-up periods has been determined.
