Essay

The dissertation devoted to the problems of increasing the efficiency of therapeutic measures on patients with progressive nephropathies. Changes of indicators of the function of endothelium in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy and essential hypertension have been studied. Endothelium dysfunction specifics of patients with safe kidney function and with development of chronic renal deficiency, the meaning of changes in platelets properties in the course progressive nephropathies have been displayed, a relationship between functional properties of platelets and endothelium dysfunctions have been defined. There have defined specifics of changes in index of haemostasis and endothelial dysfunction in dynamics of treatment with use of donators nitric oxide, inhibitors ACE, antagonists calcium, desagregants.
