Essay

There was determined wide spreading of inflammatory process in parodont among patients with hepatitis virus B. In clinical - laboratory investigations lessing of local defense factors and increasing of relative - pathogenic microflora in periodontal tissues was established.High efficacy of local use of antibacterial preparation "Paragel" with individual kappa and using of immunecorrective therapy of "Imudon", "Laferon" as well as "Bemithyl" had been proved in complex treatment and prophylaxis of generalized parodontitis in patients with chronic hepatitis virus B.
