The dissertation is dedicated to the important today oncological problem - prophylactics and early diagnostics of corpus uteri cancer. Morbidity increase of corpus uteri cancer was shown in Bila Tserkva city and the southern district of Kyiv region. It was proved that corpus uteri cancer is a multi factor disease, appearance of which is related to hereditary and other factors. New methodologic approach to early diagnostics and prophylactics of corpus uteri cancer was elaborated on the basis of clinical genealogic study of patients with corpus uteri cancer. Common factors were established for corpus uteri cancer pathogenesis and of endometrial glandular hyperplasia, and genome instability of patients with hyperplastic processes in endometrium, as a background for development of corpus uteri cancer. The tables for individual recurrent risk of malignant tumors appearance were calculated for relatives of the corpus uteri cancer patients. Clinical genealogic criteria for forming genetic risk groups was elaborated for the first time and a scheme was proposed for registering the cancer patients' families with cancer hereditary syndrome, for registering the prophylactic measures plans, treatment, and examinations of family members
