Kolomiyets S. Wermilat in complex treatment of acute inflammatory diseases of maxillo-facial region.

The thesis is devoted to the study of native polypeptide preparation Wermilat in complex treatment of patients with acute purulent inflammatory diseases of maxillo-facial region in its regionar introduction. By the experimental methods it was brought that Wermilat increases functional activity of fibroblasts, neutrofils and lymphocytes, displays indirect action on microflora of purulent wounds, promotes fast normalization of clinical indexes, optimize the course inflammatory process, lowers the terms of healing and regulates the formation of tender cicatrix. It's for the first time in complex treatment of patients with purulent inflammatory diseases of maxillo-facial region the was used the polypeptide preparation - Wermilat. It was for the first time there was conducted the comparative analysis of the proposed complex of medical measures of regionar application of Wermilat in patients with inflammatory processes of maxillo-facial regions, with intramuscular injection and with a complex of traditionaltreatment that is manifestated in optimization of the course of inflammatory process, shortening of the terms of patient's being in the hospital.
