Dissertation deals with psychological aspects of management of professional adaptation of teachers. The work presents theoretical and methodological foundations and the results of the research of the problem of interest. The author identifies psychological aspects of professional adaptation of teachers (its content, structure and functions). The real-life management of teachers' professional adaptation is shown to have a number of psychological and managerial problems. It is stressed out that the management of teachers' professional adaptation can be improved by introduction of a complex situative-dynamic model. Its essence consists in the purposeful formation of psychological and managerial conditions by a manager for a step-by-step 'promotion' of a teacher in accordance with professionally significant requirements as well as in the targeted influence on latent psychological factors. A program of psychological training of school managers has been developed and tested.
