The dissertation is dedicated to the relevant and actual problems of the influence of direct investments of transnational corporations on economic structure in CEE countries. Theoretical and practical aspects of investment activity of TNC and structural changes are analyzed. The correlation of these processes for separate countries, sectors and branches is determined.
