Essay

The thesis deals with problem of improving efficacy of treating patients with arterial hypertension and chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB) by means of differentiation use lipin ultrasound inhalation or its mixture with ipratropium bromide and phenoterol. A positive influence of the introduced treatment upon arterial blood pressure, parameters of an external breathing function, lipoperoxidation and antioxidant status, dynamics of changes of the local and systemic fibrinolysis and proteolysis as well as the parameters of hemocoagulation and local balance between pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines has been determined, which results in the reduction of staying in hospital and frequency of relapses of COB.
