The new approach is offered and the algorithm of decomposition of groups of multicast in which basis the algorithm of construction of optimum tree Steiner lays is developed, in view of restrictions on size of a delay of transfer of the information. Increase of efficiency of functioning of computer networks is achieved due to minimization of information streams, including exception of duplication of streams through a network of data transmission.
